Atty. Richard E. "Rick" Davis

Rick is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and a Certified Elder Law Attorney. For both 2009 and 2010, Rick has been included in the “Top 100 Lawyers” for the state of Ohio by “Ohio Super Lawyers” and (a joint publication of Law & Politics, Cincinnati Magazine, and NorthernOhioLive.) Rick is a member of the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Law Council of the Ohio State Bar Association and The Special Needs Alliance. Rick is a regular speaker at continuing education programs on estate planning, special needs planning, and elder law topics throughout the country. He has been a presenter for the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel, the National Conference of Commissioners of Uniform State Laws (nka Uniform Law Commission), the American Bar Association, the American Bankers Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the University of Miami (Heckerling Estate Planning Institute), the University of Missouri (The Fratcher Estate Planning Institute), Stetson University (Special Needs Conference X), the Ohio State Bar Association, and Ohio Society of CPA’s, among others. He is a member of the editorial board of The Probate Law Journal of Ohio, and his materials have been published in that journal as well as in Trusts & Estates magazine, Estate Planning magazine, the NAELA Journal and in Probate & Property.
