Stuart Miller is a distinguished trial lawyer with extensive experience defending catastrophic injury suits, professional liability claims and suits for wrongful death. His practice focuses on complex high-stakes commercial litigation, defense of class actions and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death defense.
