PER CURIAM. Allen Aslinger seeks review of the trial court’s summary denial of his rule 3.800 motion. We affirm the trial court’s decision that Aslinger was sentenced to a legal sentence. However, we affirm, without prejudice, to Aslinger refiling a postconviction relief motion showing entitlement to additional jail time credit. ORFINGER, EVANDER and COHEN, JJ., concur.
