PER CURIAM. Based on the authority of State v. Montgomery, 39 So.3d 252 (Fla.2010), and this Court’s recent opinion in Singh v. State, 36 So.3d 848 (Fla. 4th DCA 2010), we affirm the trial court’s decision as it relates to the manner in which it instructed the jury without further discussion. Affirmed. FARMER, HAZOURI and DAMOORGIAN, JJ., concur.
