CONFESSION OF ERROR PER CURIAM. Based on Appellee’s proper and commendable confession of error, we reverse the adjudication of delinquency for Count I, trespass of a conveyance, and remand with directions to the trial court to vacate the adjudication of delinquency for that count. We affirm in all other respects.
