PER CURIAM. Based on the recent opinion in State v. Adkins, 96 So.3d 412 (Fla.2012), we reverse the trial court’s dismissal of the charges against Dominique Hird. We remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. Reversed and remanded. DAVIS, WALLACE, and BLACK, JJ., Concur.
