PER CURIAM.
We reverse the order granting Ronald Jackson’s motion to dismiss on the basis that section 898.13, Florida Statutes (2011), is unconstitutional. See State v. Adkins, 96 So.3d 412 (Fla.2012). We remand for further proceedings.
Reversed and remanded.
