  • In 1993, Alex returned to Atlanta and worked with Clark & Washington, PC. Although Alex continued litigating personal injury claims and settling cases, his area of expertise expanded to consumer bankruptcy
  • In 1997, Rogers & Cates PC approached Alex with an offer he could not refuse
  • They needed an attorney to run their personal injury department
  • Alex took the position, expanded the personal injury department by leaps and bounds and assisted Rogers & Cates in opening a new office in Woodstock, Georgia
