- Representation of Commercial and Residential Landlords • A responsive resource for commercial, residential, and multi-family housing property managers and owners with questions regarding daily operational issues, tenants, lease terms, eviction, regulations, and statutory compliance. • Lease and addendum negotiation, preparation, and review. • Termination of commercial and residential leases, including eviction of tenants in default. • Actions in ejectment for unauthorized occupants. • Working with owners and management of multi-family housing to establish and implement internal procedures and policies to minimize financial risks and promote FHA and statutory compliance. • Arbitration, mediation, and trial of claims before minor and trial courts regarding tenant default, eviction, and possession. • Defense of property owners and management personnel with respect to claims asserted by tenants and third parties in both civil and criminal courts and, local, state, and federal administrative agencies including Housing and Urban Development, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Public Utility Commission, City and County health department and building code enforcement. • Attendance at grievance conferences for owners of public housing. • Fair Housing Act and ADA Title III defense. • Responding to and issuing warning letters, demand letters, and termination of tenancy letters
