Atty. Alison Leroy

Before joining UGGC Avocats, Alison Leroy worked for 7 years at Carakters, then at Franklin from 2020, and recently at Bersay, where she opened the “Life Sciences, Biotech and Pharma R&D” department.

Her experience covers regulatory affairs, site and production unit management, and the negotiation and management of R&D and business development contracts (collaborative research contracts, co-development contracts, clinical trial contracts, French and European consortia, etc.) for pharmaceutical companies.
Involved in all phases of drug research (chemistry, biology, pharmacokinetics, formulation, galenic, preclinical tests, bioequivalence studies and clinical research), Alison Leroy and her team assist pharmaceutical companies in the development and identification of new opportunities in a pathology and take part in the development of blockbuster, such as Lonsurf, Oncaspar and Tibsovo, and ongoing therapeutic treatments for brain and pancreatic cancer and Parkison.

Alison Leroy has also developed a strong expertise in preventive risk management and support of industrial and real estate projects, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. Alison Leroy and her team assist pharmaceutical companies, as an assistance project manager, including the construction of new production lines both in France and abroad or the development and implementation of new production facilities.
