- I am also Chickasaw and a proud member of my tribe, the Chickasaw Nation, where my grandfather was a recognized elder
- I attended my first year of law school at the University of Arizona College of Law on a full-merit scholarship
- I finished law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law where I received my Juris Doctorate
- While studying law I developed a love of trial, storytelling, and the courtroom
- So, I started my career trying cases in the Cameron County District Attorney’s Office in Brownsville, Texas
- After gaining valuable criminal trial experience, I began my career in civil litigation
- I worked for a defense firm on maritime law cases all over South Texas from Houston all the way south to the border
- While I loved the cases, I quickly realized I did not want to represent insurance companies but wanted to help injured people
- So, for the past 17 years, I have been doing plaintiff’s personal injury litigation and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
- I have handled cases all over Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Ohio, and Florida
- It has been my honor to represent injured people and their families
