- I was raised in the State of New York and graduated from Alfred University (located in upstate New York) in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology
- After making the decision to go to law school, I pursued my legal studies at Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut and graduated with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 1998
- I was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in November of 1998 and was later admitted to the federal practice of law in the United States District Court of Connecticut
- Practicing law for over 10 years has given me a tremendous amount of experience in dealing with personal injury matters from both sides
- I have worked in offices representing plaintiffs (the person who files a lawsuit) and have also worked as in-house counsel for the Allstate and Encompass Insurance companies, where I represented defendants (the person who is sued) in civil litigation
- I have successfully tried several cases in front of juries in the Bridgeport, New Haven, Waterbury and Stamford Superior Courts
- This experience has given me a valuable advantage in advocating for my clients in personal injury cases and other civil matters
- I am able to see the strengths and weaknesses of each case from both perspectives and this enables me to succeed in settling or litigating personal injury claims for fair and reasonable values
- I also work with clients on Probate Matters/Simple Wills, Small Claims cases, Traffic Matters and other general practice issues
