- Ashley is honored to lead the litigation on behalf of children and their families who have unfairly suffered because mothers were not properly warned of the dangers associated with taking acetaminophen while pregnant

- Ashley also served as a law clerk for Judge Eldon E. Fallon at the U.S
- District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana
- Ashley became inspired to join the plaintiffs’ side because of Judge Fallon’s trailblazing work overseeing large multi-district litigation matters
- At the time of her clerkship, Judge Fallon presided over the Chinese Drywall Products Liability MDL, Vioxx Products Liability MDL, and the Xarelto Products Liability MDL, where she had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the MDL world
- She applies those early lessons to her work today, always striving to reach the peak level of excellence and over-emphasizing preparation
- Ashley currently serves as a Board Member of the Young Lawyers Division for the Federal Bar Association (New Orleans chapter) and is also the Vice President for the Association for Women Attorneys
