- Mr. Epstein was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 1971 and the United States Tax Court in 1983, the Third Court of Appeals in 2007 and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in 2012
- Mr. Epstein received his B.A. from Clark University in 1962, and his J.D. from Rutgers University in 1965
