- The business had a couple of name changes over the years - Vaughn, Bowden & Wooten, and then operated as Vaughn & Bowden, PA through the year 2020 at which time my partner retired from the practice of law
- The business is now known as Ben Bowden, Trial Lawyer, PC. I have come to enjoy and specialize in representing individuals who have been injured inland or on waterways
- Though not limited to assisting those who have work-related legal issues I do particularly specialize in Mississippi Workers’ Compensation litigation, Longshoreman and Harbor Workers’ Compensation litigation, Jones Act / Admiralty / General Maritime law litigation
