- In 1985, he joined Stein, Zauderer, Ellenhorn, Friedman & Kaplan and became a partner in a successor firm in 1987
- In 2003, Randy joined Proskauer Rose as a litigation partner, where he spent seven years
- Randy is currently an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law, teaching Professional Responsibility: Civil Litigation Seminar
- During his career, Randy has been involved in a wide range of litigations, arbitrations, and mediations, including matters involving contracts, securities, employment, non-competition agreements, partnerships, product liability, international commercial disputes and professional liability
- He has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, both on behalf of clients and as a mediator
- Randy has written numerous articles for the New York Law Journal and other publications on a variety of subjects
