- Prior to joining the firm, Brandon first worked as a Prosecutor with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office where he first-chaired complex criminal litigation
- As a prosecutor he tried more than forty felony jury trials and dozens of bench trials
- Spending nearly every day in the courtroom, Brandon earned the respect of judges and attorneys alike
- During his tenure with the prosecutor’s office, Brandon gained national media attention on Court TV and Dateline NBC while successfully prosecuting an individual accused of capital murder
- He also fine-tuned his appellate experience, drafting dozens of briefs and arguing those briefs before the court of appeals
- Brandon then moved to Denver, Colorado where he joined a prominent boutique law firm, specializing in personal injury and construction defect litigation
- He represented an assortment of clients in the construction industry, ranging from subcontractors to general contractors in both commercial and residential projects, and was involved in all phases of personal injury litigation, including auto accidents
