- Brian was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2006
- He is licensed to practice law in the State Courts in Texas, as well as the United States District Courts in the Southern and Western Districts of Texas
- Brian's practice is entirely devoted to litigation and/trial work
- Brian started his career defending doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice claims and lawsuits for one of the largest insurance defense firms in San Antonio at the time
- He then shifted to defending drivers on behalf of their insurance companies
- Brian now handles claims on behalf of injured Texans, as opposed to those who cause harm and their insurance carriers
- Over the past fifteen years, Brian has handled over 1,000 personal injury cases
- including claims involving catastrophic injuries and death in the medical malpractice, premises liability, and automobile accident arenas
- While Brian has successful first chair trial experience, he also routinely resolves short of the trial through careful case analysis and strategic case development
