- Upon graduation from law school, he was employed with the Municipal Tax Bureau as a tax attorney collecting delinquent taxes on behalf of the City of Philadelphia
- In 1995, he left the MTB and joined the Delaware County Office of the Public Defender where he served as a trial attorney in both the Juvenile and Adult criminal court systems
- Curt left the Public Defender’s Office to become a founding partner in a general litigation firm where he practiced criminal defense for almost 20 years
- At Omnis Law Group, Mr. Norcini continues to concentrate his practice in criminal defense
- He has handled hundreds of cases in all matter’s criminal: from Homicide and major drug cases to citations for Disorderly Conduct and Underage Drinking
- Mr. Norcini is highly active within the Chester County community
- Curt is a Past President to the Board of Directors of the West Chester University Alumni Association
- He also currently sits on the Board of Directors of both the Chester County Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Foundation, its charity arm
- He is also the Chairman of the Association’s Fee Dispute Committee
- Additionally, Curt served as a solicitor to the Chester County Register of Wills from 2012 to 2020
- In his spare time, Curt is active in physical fitness and martial arts
