• In these lawsuits, she helped: •Litigate and secure a settlement against a leading online shoe and clothing retailer for 23 million consumers whose private personal data was stolen. •Achieve a settlement valued at more $40 million against a language services provider for more than 4,800 individuals victimized by a data breach. •Litigate a nationwide Americans with Disabilities Act certified class action against a major ridesharing company on behalf of millions of people with disabilities nationwide who are denied services. •Litigate and ultimately negotiate a roughly $14 million settlement against a private energy company overcharging customers across 13 states for electricity and natural gas. •Litigate and secure a $10.5 million settlement against a leading restaurant franchise for under-reimbursed delivery drivers
