About
I have represented employees and commercial interests for over 30 years. I have advocated for individuals who have been victims of unlawful discrimination, retaliation, whistle blower retaliation, and civil rights deprivation. I have also represented owners, partners and corporations in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including fraud, breach of contract, abuse government regulation, and other commercial matters. Across both employment and commercial cases, I confront wrongdoing head-on, expose abuse, and enforce accountability under the law. My loyalty to my clients—and the trust they place in me—is unwavering.
I offer a free one-hour consultation, represent clients on a contingent-fee basis, and provide pro-bono services in appropriate circumstances when justice demands it.
After earning degrees from Georgetown University and Georgetown Law, I law clerked for a prestigious federal judge in New York City, served in the U.S. Department of Justice, Attorney Executive Office of the President, President of the Counsellors, Master of the Inn of hte Brayant Inn of Court and Member of hte D.C. Board of Appeals
I spent decades representing individuals, domestic and international corporations in high-stakes litigation, non-litigation and regulatory matters, advising clients from small businesses and political figures to global enterprises across industries including aircraft manufacture, real estate development, intermodal container shipping, banking, healthcare, customs, investigations, insurance company regulation, lobbying and election law. That experience taught me to assess cases early, anticipate defenses, opposing strategies, and prosecute claims with precision and relentless focus.
Today, I bring that same in depth experience, intensity and trial-ready mindset to individuals who are the victims of discrimination, executives and growing companies who need an experienced lawyer prepared to fight—and win, whether in court or adminstrativdde agency and otherwise. Every case reflects a work ethic forged through years of competition in intercollegiate rowing: never retreat, press harder under pressure, finish strong, and prevail.
