- It was then that she realized her passion was advocating on behalf of the injured workers, and returned to our firm in 2019
- Her experience representing both sides of these claims only strengthen her knowledge of Workers’ Compensation law and allows her to be a stronger and more passionate representative in depositions of medical professionals, trials before the Workers Compensation Board, legal writing and settlement negotiations
- Most importantly, it allows her to better guide her clients in all stages of their claims
- Prior to practicing Workers Compensation Law, Charli was employed by a private criminal defense firm, representing high-profile defendants in white-collar criminal matters, including but not limited to, alleged securities fraud, racketeering and homicide
