- I grew up in Lilburn and attended high school at Greater Atlanta Christian School
- After high school, I earned my bachelor degree at Georgia Tech (Go Jackets) majoring in International Affairs and Spanish
- I earned my Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration at Georgia State University
- While in law school I was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association and competed in national trial competitions in Atlanta, Michigan, and New York
- I interned with the Public Defender’s Office in the City of Atlanta Municipal Court and also clerked for Fulton County Superior Court Judge Wendy Shoob
- These experiences provided a firm foundation to begin my career as a litigator
- Now I want to explain why I chose this line of work
- I went to law school because I’m fascinated by the law and I hate how people are constantly taken advantage of because our legal system is so complex
- I decided early that my goal would be to protect my client’s rights and guide them through our complex system while providing the best legal representation possible
