- Additionally, I work to ensure that each transaction runs efficiently while managing our clients’ business and timing expectations
- Looking ahead I anticipate increased interest in the LIHTC industry as the demand for affordable housing in both urban and rural areas continues to grow
- LIHTCs have been incredibly successful since their creation in 1986, and I expect that success will continue for years to come, benefitting individuals nationally
