Throughout his career, and since joining Wilson Cribbs + Goren in 2021, Craig has focused his practice on commercial real estate law, gaining extensive experience in various aspects of the field, exemplified by earning Board Certification in Commercial Real Estate Law in 2023.
A native Houstonian, Craig earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government and Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin, with minors in Business Foundations and Sociology. Inspired by his passion for real estate and law, he went on to attend South Texas College of Law Houston, where he concentrated his studies on transactional real estate law.
Craig is committed to providing clear and unambiguous drafting for his clients, ensuring that their legal documents are precise, comprehensive, and tailored to their specific needs on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Facilitating the purchase of land for developers across industrial, multifamily, retail, office and master-planned community projects;

- Advising on and negotiating encumbrances and other development-related agreements ancillary to commercial project development;
- Negotiating loan and joint venture agreements ancillary to commercial project development; and
- Representing landlords and tenants in leasing of industrial, retail and office spaces.
Outside of his legal practice, Craig is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife, Colleen, and exploring the Houston area with their corgi – Archie.
