• Craig Panholzer is a Partner at Cooper Levenson and a member of the firm’s Tax and Business Law practice groups, based in the Fort Lauderdale office
• He advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as estate planning, wills, probate administration, asset protection, and special needs planning
• Craig began his career at Cooper Levenson as a law clerk in the Tax and Business Law groups while preparing for the Florida Bar
• After passing the bar, he joined the firm as an associate and has since developed extensive experience serving businesses and individuals across Florida
• Prior to joining Cooper Levenson, Craig gained valuable experience as a clerk with the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, a congressional intern for Congressman Patrick Murphy of Florida’s 18th Congressional District, and as a law clerk with Kanner & Pintaluga P.A. and Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Ryles P.A
