- That's all I do, and all I've done since 1983
- In that time, I've had the honor to speak for well over 1,000 victims of others' negligence, mainly from King, Pierce and Snohomish counties, but from all over Western Washington, and from Eastern Washington as well
- I've also appeared in the courts of Oregon, Idaho and California
- While most injury cases settle out of court, I've tried over one hundred cases to conclusion, mainly in Seattle, Tacoma and Everett, but also in Spokane, Yakima, Tri-Cities, and San Diego
- Nobody wants a "good" injury claim
- that means you've suffered a bad injury
- On the other hand, if you are seriously hurt, you need experienced, competent representation
- I'm honored to have earned an "AV"--"preeminent"--rating from Martindale-Hubbel each year since 1999

- I'm proud to say that I am willing to handle medical negligence cases, on behalf of people whose health care providers failed them
- These are very difficult, time consuming and risky cases, and many plaintiffs' attorneys won't touch them
