With wide-ranging experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, David represents financial institutions, hedge funds, debtors, creditors’ committees, and trustees. He has negotiated workouts from both the standpoint of counsel for the creditor and the debtor. In addition, he frequently represents financial institutions and companies in out-of-court debt restructurings. David also represents financial institutions in all types of financing, including asset-based loans and debtor-in-possession financing transactions.
