His professional experience also includes more than thirteen years as a claims adjuster handling large property and casualty losses, as well as more than a decade as an arbitrator resolving liability and damage disputes between insurance carriers.One Highlight:Mr. Casady is a native Californian and has lived in the state all of his life — except for a two-year period when he served as a church missionary in Hong Kong, where he became fluent in Chinese.Most Memorable Legal Moment:Mr. Casady recalls that it was “having a motion for summary judgment granted the day after counsel for the plaintiff refused to budge on a quarter-million-dollar settlement demand.”Away from the Law:As the parents of five sons and a daughter, Mr. Casady and wife Marnie stay busy raising their children.
