Atty. David T. Gordon

David Gordon's practice is devoted to litigation and pre-litigation matters. He represents clients in state and federal courts ranging from personal injury, contractual disputes, products liability, motor carrier, employment law and construction litigation.Mr. Gordon represents owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractors on all aspects of construction litigation. His construction practice involves disputes including real estate developments, industrial plants, medical facilities, shopping centers, restaurant developments, office buildings, apartments, condominiums, and residential homes.Mr. Gordon represents a wide range of clients across the state, including large and small employers and insurance carriers, relating to claims for benefits under the Alabama Workers' Compensation Act. David has experience handling claims involving Medicare Set-Aside and he has defended claims of outrage and retaliatory discharge arising out of workplace injuriesAs part of his practice, Mr. Gordon routinely defends businesses and individuals against multi-million dollar wrongful death and personal injury claims arising out of automobile and workplace accidents. He has experience handling a wide spectrum of claims such as land disputes, wrongful eviction, trespass, mold exposure, funeral home negligence, blasting and mining litigation.Mr. Gordon is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Birmingham Bar Association.Mr. Gordon is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Cumberland School of Law.
