- Prior to joining Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, Ms. Sada was a trial lawyer in both the civil and criminal arenas where she conducted numerous jury trials and tirelessly represented many clients and victims in and out of the courtroom
- Ms. Sada heads Burg Simpson’s Florida construction defect group where she applies her formidable skills by helping homeowners tackle the challenges they face against builders, developers, and various contractors
- Since joining Burg Simpson, Ms. Sada joined the trial team that secured a $19.48 Million arbitration award in Colorado

- Thereafter, and since relocating to FL, Ms. Sada handles Burg Simpson’s FL cases as well as teaches various courses to licensed community managers for continuing education credits all over the State
- Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Ms. Sada was a litigator at a Denver based law firm specializing in commercial and general civil matters
- Prior to that, she served her community as a Prosecutor for the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Arapahoe County
- Assigned to a specialty unit, the Domestic Violence Unit, Ms. Sada handled a voluminous felony criminal docket at the District Court level where she prosecuted serious crimes from their inception through trial and everything in between
- During her tenure as a Deputy DA, she accumulated tremendous jury trial experience
- In addition, she spearheaded multiple projects, training materials, and initiated creative ideas to train new Deputy District Attorneys alongside supervisors.Prior to relocating to Florida in 2020, Ms. Sada served as an adjunct faculty member at the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver’s Center for Advocacy
- In this role, she assisted in teaching various courses, including Evidence Practicum and Trial Practice using the Federal Rules of Evidence and Criminal Procedure
- She coached the University’s National Trial Team and traveled with students across the country to compete
- Ms. Sada is also the former Assistant Director of the Center for Advocacy
- during this time, she managed various aspects of the Center, which is responsible for suggesting courses related to practical learning and trial advocacy
- Ms. Sada earned her legal degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013, and her B.A. in international relations with honors at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL in 2009
- In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, bike riding, and spending time with her family and friends
