Atty. Eduardo Barboza Muniz

Eduardo Muniz has a well-rounded practice in tax litigation and advisory, assisting companies in direct and indirect tax controversies. He is recognized by his clients for the practical solutions he is able to provide. Eduardo Muniz is an active member of the Bar Association Tax Committee of Rio de Janeiro.He is also the national representative of the Young International IFA NETWORK in Brazil. He also holds a LLM degree in tax law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO), in addition to a wide-ranging education in several areas of knowledge, which includes International Tax Law and Transfer Pricing (ITC Leiden), Epistemology (Oxford), Accounting (Getúlio Vargas Foundation), Regulatory Law (Getúlio Vargas Foundation) and judicial tax proceeding (IBET/RJ). Eduardo Muniz also has an active academic work and is currently a Master of Laws candidate at the University of São Paulo (USP).
