Atty. Erin Reid

Erin Reid is a partner in Lerners’ London office and a senior member of the firm’s Family Law Group specializing in all areas of family law, including custody and parenting, support, and property issues. She seeks to understand and serve the individual needs and goals of each client both in terms of process and outcome.

Erin knows that a goal of most family law clients is timely and cost-efficient resolution, which can often be achieved through collaborative or mediated processes. Erin is trained and experienced in these processes, and is available to be retained by family law counsel on behalf of their clients to act as mediator.

If necessary, Erin is also experienced courtroom counsel, with an extensive record of advocacy in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, where her attendances as counsel have produced precedent setting decisions, recognized provincially and nation-wide, on the issue of spousal support.
