- Gary was extensively involved in representing the Federal Home Loan Banks of Chicago, Indianapolis, and Boston in securities litigation against Wall Street and international banks involving the multi-billion dollar mortgage-backed securities portfolios of the FHLBs
- He has also handled a number of large ERISA fiduciary breach matters, including ERISA class cases on behalf of employees of Enron, WorldCom, Global Crossing and Xerox, as well cases on behalf of participants in private ESOPs
- Gary is currently the senior member of the Keller Rohrback team handling California False Claims Act and unjust enrichment actions on behalf of a municipality against certain investment banks and advisors relating to the municipality’s entry into certain derivative transactions
