- Having practiced exclusively in family law, Hayley has experience in all aspects of the practice including complex income disputes and property division, support, and custody matters
- Hayley has extensive litigation and trial experience in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and has worked on matters before the Court of Appeal for Ontario
- She has had the benefit of working on many challenging trials and arbitrations as second chair to Harold Niman
- She has also represented clients in numerous mediations and arbitrations
- Outside of the office, Hayley is a life-long equestrian and certified “horse girl”
- Hayley attended law school at the University of Ottawa, where she was the communications director for both the Ontario University Equestrian Association and the Music, Entertainment and Sports Law Society
- Prior to law school, Hayley attended Queen’s University and obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce
