- Mr. Scholl is a native Floridian and graduated from the University of Florida, with honors, in 1998 majoring in both finance and risk management
- After leaving the University of Florida, he served in the office of Budget Management for the Miami-Dade County School Board, attended law school at Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2003
- While in law school, Mr. Scholl served in the office of the State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit in Jefferson County, Florida, as a certified intern, prosecuting various misdemeanors
- Mr. Scholl began his legal career at a firm in St. Petersburg, Florida, that specialized in bad faith claims handling disputes, and other general litigation matters, and joined Cole, Scott & Kissane in 2006
- Mr. Scholl is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida
