- For the last 30 years, I have represented corporations, nonprofits, and individuals in Michigan and Federal Sixth Circuit appeals and trial court cases
- I have also provided legal writing services to other lawyers on their cases
- I provide the determined and effective written and oral advocacy that you need to win

- In those 30 years, many law firms, attorneys, and clients have depended on me to produce high quality, effective work under tight deadlines or in unfavorable situations, and I have delivered
- I have worked in most civil and criminal areas, including complex commercial, constitutional, criminal, employment, and intellectual property substantive law areas and difficult and uncertain procedural law areas
- I am married and the proud father of a daughter, who has graduated from Roeper School, and who has obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Michigan
- She will begin another graduate degree program at Vanderbilt University this fall
- I have been four bright dogs’ human companion, including our current dog, a 1-year old English Shepherd pup
- When not working, I enjoy Frisbee, hiking, history, politics, movies, pro football, and Frisbee golf
