- As a prosecutor, Hutch tried a multitude of different felony jury trials to verdict, including murder, sexual battery, drug trafficking, and child abuse
- In 2009, Hutch accepted a position with a highly regarded boutique civil trial firm to try cases against tobacco companies and other large corporations
- In this role, Hutch tried multi-week civil jury trials throughout the State of Florida and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients
- Hutch is a past President of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, where he was nominated by his peers to serve
- The Florida Bar has recognized Mr. Pinder as a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, an honor given to less than 2% of all attorneys practicing in the State of Florida
