- From 1980 to 1982, Mr. Knox served as a law clerk for the Honorable Douglass B. Shivers, First District Court of Appeal, State of Florida
- He then joined the firm of Fuller & Johnson, P.A., as an associate from 1982 to 1985
- In 1985, he became a shareholder with Fuller, Johnson & Farrell, P.A., and continued in that position until he resigned in March, 2000, to become a founding partner of Andrews, Crabtree, Knox & Longfellow, LLP. The scope of Mr. Knox's practice includes a broad range of civil trial and appellate work, including employment law, governmental tort liability, major vehicular litigation, nursing home litigation, product liability, and workers' compensation
