After graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 1971 and earning his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1975, Mr. DiPiero served as a law clerk to Charles H. Haden, II for seven months while Judge Haden was Chief Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals
