- When I was growing up, almost every fight I got into was protecting someone getting bullied, which is what our justice system will do to you if you do not have a good lawyer
- Furthermore, I am still an athlete and have been my whole life
- I even played baseball at Texas Tech for 4 years
- To be a good athlete, you have to be competitive
- You have to want to win
- As a lawyer, I want to win
- I am obsessive in the way I prepare for a case for trial, I want to win
- It is my belief that the keys to winning at trial is first of all, knowing “when to hold them and when to fold them”, and preparation and more preparation
- It also helps to have tried hundreds of criminal jury trials, and even more contested divorce trials before the court
- I have over 40 years’ experience
- I practice on helping clients throughout Denton, Tarrant, Dallas, Wise, Collin, and Cooke Counties of Texas in criminal defense and family law matters, estate planning and probate
