He is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors and the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders. His publications include: 'Responsible Parties in Job Site Safety' Alabama Construction News, Vol. 12 Number 1 (Fall 2004): 33-34, published in the September 2006 issue of For The Defense. Mr. Moss holds an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest rating for an attorney bestowed by that organization.Mr. Moss is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 1998 he graduated from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. Prior to attending law school, he worked in pharmaceutical sales as a sales representative for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Additionally, he served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1987 until 1993 when he received an Honorable Discharge.
