- Mr. Gilbert also has significant leasing experience having served as lead outside counsel for a national retail chain and several developer clients
- Mr. Gilbert received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond (B.A., 1991) and his law degree from Georgia State University (J.D., 1997) where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was the Lead Articles Editor of the Law Review
- Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gilbert practiced at Cushing, Morris, Armbruster & Montgomery, LLP for over 20 years where he served as the administrative partner of the firm
- Mr. Gilbert has been active in several historical societies in Cobb County, Georgia, and is a board member and ex-chairman of Cobb Landmarks and Historical Society, Inc. He is a member of the Marietta County Club and First Presbyterian Church in Marietta, Georgia, where he has served as a deacon
