• She regularly advocates for clients during labour relations disputes, collective bargaining, interest arbitration and grievance arbitrations
• She also regularly represents clients in judicial and administrative proceedings, including unfair labour applications, human rights applications and charges under the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Jane has experience working with both private and public sector employers
• Jane has extensive experience in providing advice to and advocating for clients in the education, healthcare and municipal public sectors
