- Jeff has experience handling all phases of litigation, from emergency injunctions through trial and appeal, in a broad range of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, the American Arbitration Association and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority
- Jeff has considerable experience in banking and lending disputes and litigating trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition and restrictive covenant claims
- Jeff has worked on a range of directors and officer matters, both in the context of defending directors and officers from shareholder derivative suits and in the context of defending former officers and directors of failed banks from suits brought or threatened by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
- Jeff also has considerable experience representing private offshore insurers and related professionals in actions alleging investment fraud associated with offshore asset protection trusts and related investments
- Jeff also counsels clients in connection with the retention and management of electronic and hard copy data and records and electronic discovery issues
