- Prior to attending law school, Mr. Berglund spent several years working at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement within the Seal & Expunge section as well as the Curriculum section where he helped prepare the training curriculum required for all Florida Corrections, Correctional Probation, and Law Enforcement Officers
- It was during these years that Mr. Berglund made the decision to become a lawyer
- During law school, Mr. Berglund served on The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Law Student Division working to better serve his fellow students and future lawyers
- Following law school, Mr. Berglund practiced insurance defense for several regional and statewide firms in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Tallahassee, Florida
- Eventually, Mr. Berglund joined Morgan & Morgan in order to help the injured victims and fight for justice, using the knowledge he gained within the insurance defense industry to the benefit of his clients
- Mr. Berglund is licensed to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for both the Northern District and Middle District of Florida
