- Upon leaving the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Moody had the opportunity to work for multiple State and National Defense Firms
- While working on the defense side, Mr. Moody dealt with general insurance defense, construction defect defense and medical malpractice defense
- However, his desire to help people, and not insurance companies lead him to Morgan & Morgan
- Since being at Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Moody deals primarily with Premises Liability claims, with a specialty in Negligent Security cases
