- Ms. Levy also served as a law clerk to a senior appellate judge in New Jersey
- She served as a summer law clerk to a federal district judge in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania while attending law school at Rutgers University School of Law
- Prior to earning her JD from Rutgers, Ms. Levy served as an editor of law review and published an article on state constitutional law
- Ms. Levy holds a Bachelors degree in Foreign Affairs from the George Washington University where she played both singles and doubles on the women's Division 1 tennis team
