- During his time handling claims, John realized that the liability insurance system was not designed to treat fairly people who were injured through no fault of their own
- He wanted to advocate on behalf of those injured people and help them get their lives back on track
- John graduated from Albany Law School in 1995 and was thereafter admitted to practice in both New York and Massachusetts
- John moved to Northampton, Massachusetts later that same year and joined a small firm where he limited his practice to personal injury law
- For the past 25 years, John has dedicated his career to representing people who have been injured
- The Law Offices of John P. DiBartolo, Jr. opened its first office in Easthampton in 2001
- John later added offices in Greenfield in 2004 and Northampton in 2006
