- In April of 2020 Mr. Rabinowitz was appointed by Governor Beshear as Chairman of the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission
- He was also named the Chair of the Kentucky Horsemen Race Date Committee
- Prior to that time Mr. Rabinowitz was appointed to Governor Beshear’s Transition Team for the Public Protection Cabinet
